It will then go through step by step what to expect throughout the process should you decide to move forward selling your home to us.
You are the bank: Once we agree on: A) Purchase price B) Down payment C) Monthly payments, I will put together a simple one page agreement. Once signed, we forward it to one of the law firms in Wilmington that we use, so they can start our file. The law firm will create all of the documents needed. (mortgage, note, deed etc...) and will start doing the title work. They also will handle the closing.
Naturally, we will need to do inspections of the property which we will coordinate with you. All inspections will be at our cost.
If we decide to convert your house into an Airbnb, we can discuss giving you a percentage of the annual net profits. If we agree to this, you will receive this percentage in addition to our regular monthly payment to you. Please note, this is not a guarantee that we will convert your property into an Airbnb; it is just one of the options we consider on a case-by-case basis.
